RETURNS POLICY
DRESSRAIL.COM is a registered trademark of DRESSRAIL LIMITED (REG NO. ******) any reference to “WE”, “OUR”, “US” are to DRESSRAIL LIMITED;
Any of the goods listed in DRESSRAIL.COM (“Website”) will be referred to as “goods” and “items”. Any reference to a “Contract” will be the contract between you and us that is formed when purchasing any goods from our website. Once again a new contract will be formed every time you place a new order with us on our website. The verbally binding contract between us shall cover all of the goods in that order. Please refer to our Terms & condition of the supply of goods for further information.
Returns
1.1 You have the right at any time to cancel the contract between us within the first 7 days, the first day will start the day you receive the purchased goods from us.
1.2 In accordance to your statutory rights if you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have purchased from us you are entitled to return those goods to us within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch notice. All goods must be returned to us adhering to clause 3 (Cancellations) in our Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Any returns as part of a promotional deal through us must be returns as sold subject to the promotion i.e. a free necklace with a dress must also be returned as it is considered to be 1 item.
1.4 Some of the goods listed on our website are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons this will be clearly indicated on the descriptions of the goods.
Communication and Returning goods
2.1 To cancel the contract with us and/or return any goods, the intention of this should be communicated to us by our returns procedure online and selecting “refund” see below for how to return the parcel/s:
The goods must be packed in its own original packaging.
Over your address stick on the label stating the Dressrail.com address which will be on your delivery note.
The parcel must be sent back via a post office counter by recorded delivery (so that you have proof of posting the goods).
N.B DO NOT POST THE PARCEL THROUGH A POST BOX.
2.2 All goods should be returned to us, in its own original state with any accessories and packaging that was supplied with the goods.
2.3 If the return is through no fault of our own and it is due to a mere change of mind or dislike of colour then a re-stocking fee of £1 sterling per returned item will be deducted from the refund amount and there will also be no reimbursement of the delivery charges incurred by you for sending the goods back. Please note if the goods delivered to you are faulty or incorrectly delivered to you then no charges will be deducted.
2.4 Any monies owed to you by us shall be paid to you in within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
2.5 We remain the right to refuse any refund after examining the returned goods, in the case of the item not being defective, or as per not in accordance to your original reason for returning the item to us. This will be communicated to you via email.
Goods that are returned due to any defects or through any fault of our own will be refunded in full including the delivery charge you initially paid, So that you are not out of pocket for any oversight on our behalf or if the item is defected.
2.6 All monies will usually only be refunded in the same method in which the goods were originally purchased.
Exchanges of goods
All of the above is applicable in addition to this we need details of the item you required in exchange to the faulty or wrong item then this item will be sent via 1st class Royal Mail delivery.
If for whatever reason we are unable to offer you the exchange item requested i.e. it is out of stock this will be communicated via email to you.
